Exhibiting at Harrogate Christmas & Gift Fair is a fantastic opportunity to reach your target audience including major buyers from large department stores and multiples right through to the smallest independent retailers - and all under one convenient roof. However, if you want to really make your company stand out from the crowd you may want to enhance your presence with additional targeted branding during the show with one of our extremely competitive sponsorship packages.
Visitor Lanyards - £2,250
As all visitors are required to wear badges for the duration of the show, what better way to get your company's branding noticed than having it literally under their eyes for the entire four days of Harrogate Christmas & Gift Fair! The company sponsoring the badge holder lanyards will have their company name and stand location printed onto the lanyards which can be the colour of their choice.
Company Logo on Visitor Badges - £1,500
As with the lanyards, visitors will be wearing their badges throughout the show and exhibitors and visitors will be actively looking to identify the wearer, reinforcing your company branding over and over again and making your logo a truly memorable one.
Promotional Video on TV Screens - £250 per Video
A fantastic marketing medium guaranteed to grab attention from both visitors and exhibitors alike is a video promoting your company and stand location for the duration of Harrogate Christmas & Gift Fair. TV screens will be located at numerous locations throughout the Halls including all main entrances, linkways and café areas with a video loop running throughout the entire four days of the show. Companies are invited to send in their advertising and marketing media in the form of a video lasting no more than 2 minutes to ensure maximum exposure for all participants.
Registration Areas - £2,000 for four locations
Your company will the first to get noticed as visitors enter any one of the four main entrance and registration points when arriving at the show. Branded with your company logo and graphics identifying your stand location, your company will officially welcome everyone who visits Harrogate Christmas & Gift Fair 2012.
Party Night Drinks Reception - £1,750
An opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy a spot of fun, visitors and exhibitors will receive a warm welcome from your company as they enter the Majestic Hotel at the Monday night event. The sponsor can use this opportunity to display pop-up banners, hand out marketing materials and get a mention on the welcome board.
