Early Closing
For some years there have been complaints about early breakdown by exhibitors from other exhibitors within the body of the Fair.
This is extremely unfair to other exhibitors and buyers as indeed to the Organisers.
There have been letters on this, together with requests for voluntary controls, which have not worked.
The Organisers have decided that the rules must be obeyed. They do not wish to lose any existing exhibitors but at the same time we do have a duty to others within the Fair. Steps will be taken to enforce the Regulations.
The practice of closing early on the last day is not acceptable. Companies allowing this practice to continue will be subject to vetting by the Organisers before inclusion in future Fairs.
