Click modular shell scheme with white melamine panels 2.5m high and 1m wide. The maximum height permitted in Hall Q is 2.9m, owing to the sprinkler system and Fire Regulations. Please note in certain areas this may only be 2.7m and please check with the organiser.

Under no circumstances will unauthorised signs/graphics be permitted on the OUTSIDE of shell stands.
Fixings onto the shell panels must only be done using low tack self adhesive tape or hook n’ loop tape. No permanent fixings are allowed into the panels and any damage found will need to be reimbursed by the exhibitor.

Traditional Wooden Shell
Panels are 1.22m wide and 2.75m high. Please note that all stands will be painted white, you can paint a different colour of your choice either by yourself, cheapest option or a contractor to paint for you. If painting a different colour it must be re-painted white at the end of the show. Companies can fix to these panels using Nails, Pins & screws but must not use contact adhesive.

Flooring - Exhibitors wishing to lay wooden or laminate flooring must lay floor flats if fitting over carpet. Alternatively, carpet can be omitted from your stand by calling Full Circle Events & Exhibitions Ltd. Foam underlay can be used if there is no carpet on the stand.
