Build Up
In all Halls build up begins on Monday 4th through Saturday 9th January 2027 from 0800hrs - 1800hrs.
Products can be put onto stands from once stand building is completed but please note that full security is NOT in place until Friday 8th January.
Stands greater than 100 square meters, please call Simon on 01902 882280 to arrange early access.
If you wish to work beyond 1800hrs, this can be arranges at a cost of £100.00 per hour with the organisers.
Stands greater than 250 square meters can start from Wednesday 16th to Thursday 17th December and then restart on the 1st January, but must discuss with Simon Anslow first!

Break Down
Products can be removed from stands from 1615hrs on Wednesday 13th January. Contractors will not be admitted to the halls until 1630hrs and can work until midnight to clear stands. In the halls break down must be completed by Friday 15th January at 1:00pm.
