A WELCOME MESSAGE FROM ROBERT ANSLOW, SHOW ORGANISER.

Welcome to our 63rd show in Harrogate.

Ours is the first European Trade Show of its kind in the year, giving you the opportunity to be the first to see all the new and innovative products our exhibitors have to offer, including the newest imports from the Far East.

Reports from last year's show confirm that despite the snow, 2010 produced a record number of leads and orders for many of you.

CHRISTMAS & GIFT (incorporating volume products at the Cairn Hotel from Saturday to Monday) will be a 4 day event at the Harrogate International Centre from Sunday 9th - Wednesday 12th January from 9am - 6pm daily, with a 4pm close on the last day.

We will provide a free minibus service between the venues for your comfort, and have brollies for hire, so there's no need to get wet even if the weather lets us down!

There will be Wi-Fi access in the Harrogate International Centre, so your laptops can be used there without having to plug in. Wi-Fi vouchers are available to buy from catering points. There will also be a free internet station in Hall Q for those who don't have a laptop but need to use the internet.

I'd like to thank everyone for their help and support over the past year, the board of directors, Harrogate International Centre, the hoteliers and the many contractors who help to make this event possible. Last, but certainly not least, thank you to you - our exhibitors and visitors who make it all worthwhile.
